We have prizes, programs, and crafts for ALL AGES, from babies to adults. All programs are free and open to everyone!
Starting May 31, register at the library or online at READsquared. Track your reading on your reading logs, and then redeem your tickets from the front desk. Enter your tickets for a chance to win awesome prizes!
Prizes will be drawn at the end of the program, so make sure you enter all your tickets by July 12 at 2pm!

When can I register?
Registration begins at the Kickoff on Saturday, May 31. If you can't make it on Kickoff day, you'll still be able to register at the library or on ReadSquared any time before Summer Reading ends on July 12.
Who can join?
Everyone! We have a program for babies, children, teens, and adults.
How do I earn tickets?
Keep track of your reading on your reading log or ReadSquared, then show the library staff to get your tickets. Participating adults will get tickets when checking out.
Where do I put my tickets?
See something you want to win? Put your tickets into that prize's bucket. Make sure you enter your tickets for prizes in your age group or for the Family Prizes.
Children – Any of the prizes in the children's area, or the Family Prizes located at the front of the library
Tweens – Choose from the prizes in the children's area or the teen prizes at the front of the library
Teens/Adults – Prizes are located at the front of the library
Family – All ages can put their tickets in for the Family prizes. They are located at the front of the library.

How do I win prizes?
To qualify for a prize, you must READ to earn tickets. Then, enter them for prizes in your age group or for the Family Prizes.
*Please put your phone number and name or initials on your tickets!*
Prizes will be drawn and the winners notified after the program ends.
What materials count toward Summer Reading?
Books, audio books (books on CD, Libby, or Playaways), and graphic novels are all acceptable materials. NO MAGAZINES!
All materials must be checked out at the Ada Public Library on an Ada Public Library Card.
Will this year's program be physical or digital?
Similar to last year, we will have both physical and digital reading logs available. Choose whatever works best for you!
Physical – Physical reading logs will be available at the library at the front desk. (Adults don't have a reading log, they get tickets when checking out.)
Digital – Use our online reading tracker at adalibrary.readsquared.com or download the mobile app ReadSquared.
